My Story

My experience of juggling a career, raising two daughters, and caring for aging parents has taught me the importance of self-care and aging gracefully in health and home. I believe self-care is the foundation on which to build the lifestyle you dream of. We all are born creators and we all have the power to create a life we love. I use the principles of Ayurveda as a tool to help you look inward and determine where your life needs more balance.
